Coach firings, GM firings, resignations, reassignments...
Speculation is that tomorrow could be one of the most active "Black Mondays" in a while.
As mentioned elsewhere, Cleveland is getting the early start. Word from ESPN Radio is that the firing of Phil Savage - a guy who put together rosters with a fair amount of Pro Bowl talent - could mean that the team is going all out for either Scott Pioli or Bill Cowher.

Most of those are expected... I'm kinda surprised at Mangini.

Charlie Weis is pretty much the only branch left on the Belichick coaching tree. The rest have been trimmed.
Mangini was a bad call. He shouldn't have been fired. The Jets biggest mistake was swapping Pennington for Favre this season.

ESPN also reporting that Bill Cowher has told the Browns he isn't interested.
Another year off, or holding out for a better offer?
Also of note, Browns owener Randy Lerner might be interested in a Scott Pioli-Eric Mangini pairing.

Mangini was a bad decision. With as much as they spent last offseason whoever they bring in will be fighting a huge uphill battle. Think about where the Panthers would be today if Richardson caved in to all the fans calling for Fox's head.
