"When I sit back and look at it, that record's stood for a long time. One of greatest quarterbacks to ever play the game owns it," Brees said, adding he wasn't sure setting a new mark while his team fell to 8-8 was "necessarily the way that record deserves to be broken. That's why I'm able to accept the fact it didn't happen."

Qoute from tha MOLE

He is so full of sh*t if ne of this was true then why didnt he heave one to the endzone with time running out instead of throwing a 20 yard pass with no chance of a touchdown? He is a stats queen sp here is is a stat for ur ass 8-8!!!!!!!!!!! ahahahahhaha ahahahahahah hahahahaaha suck it Saints.

You caught that too, huh?

Must feel great to have a near-record breaking quarterback on a team that finishes 8-8.

We almost did that last year with the likes of Vinny Testaverde and David Carr. :eek6:
