Saw this on another msg bd, the question being "Is Lions going 0-16 bad for the NFL" ?

I'd say that 50% of the NFL teams would say NO. Expeciality the 50% that played the Lions.

I don't see why it's a bad thing. Wins are never a given in today's NFL.

The thing that won't be remembered about this 0-16 team is that they had comfortable leads in several of their games and nearly won a bunch too. We went down 17-3 to them during one point in our game.

with the salary cap no, 0-16 just means that the Lions have been mismanaged to hell, and that's why they are where they are.
