Get healthy
Add some wrinkles to the O to include SS MORE.
Add zone blitz or bump and run.

1) get healthy
2) Send a search-and-rescue team to find the defense we had before our 1st bye
3) learn how to finish teams off in the 2nd half

1) Health of course
2) Get our secondary ready to actually play some D.
3) Maybe get Stew involved in some returns. / Get some plays that can take advantage of our 3rd/4th WRs in the slots.

1. Get healthy
2. Work on defensive FUNDAMENTALS. Finishing a tackle, gap responsibility, etc. Too late in the process to try and reinvent the wheel by changing schemes. Do what we do, only better.
3. Get D Will involved more in 2nd half plays. Stewart is good, but Williams is en fuego right now. Stewart's ego will bounce back when he puts that SB ring on.

1) Get healthy
2) Implement more man defense. This zone crap hasn't worked for 3 years now... whatever we were doing before the bye needs to come back, and fast.
3) Get Pep and Johnson ready to destroy some quarterbacks.

Depends on who we play. They have to prepare for three different games so the tweaks will vary. But what we do we need to do universally no matter who we play? Get our line healthy on both sides of the ball. Got to help the new guys get up to speed on responsibilities since we have practice squad guys needing to contribute. And since we won't need to take time off next week to recuperate we should have more time to prepare game plans and make sure everyone knows what to do. And lastly we need to come out sharp, fast, and relentlessly.

the team has 2 weeks to get HUNGRY.

And I'm not talking about being hungry for Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup. (although, since we're going to be playing one of the birds, that could be appropriate)

I'm talking about being HUNGRY to win it all. Finishing plays, paying attention to line changes, learning to read both the O and D correctly, and not make mistakes.

They gotta be angry about how they almost missed the bye, and don't want to be sitting out early.

They need to be HUNGRY for that ring. That trophy. And to raise it high in TAMPA.

HUNGRY to get that win for Jerry. For Sam. For the fans.
