I used PODS when I moved back up here from SoFla. That sh*t is the best if you are doing it without hiring people. Can load and unload at your convenience. Only downside is you can't drive a rental truck and mess with other drivers on the road.

My roommate works for the Webb Company. I've hired them several times and they're generally considered to be one of the better moving companies in the SouthEast.

How far of a distance is the move? Could play pretty big part in who you can choose, and can't. Is it like across town, in state, out of state, etc?
