If 100 IQ is average then at least half the people have a sub 100 IQ.

Scary.


Average does not equal middle, so not necessarily.

Also, IQ is a scale where 100 is arbitrarily chosen as the average value, and higher and lower scores are determined based on percentiles.

I don't put too much credence into this chart but I find it funny that places that are very religious have high murder rates.


I actually think it makes more sense: after all, atheism is more prevalent in areas with less "want." If people live in a poor area with high crime/murder rates, then odds are they're going to turn to God for solace, hope, etc.

Divorce rate is higher for religious people than Atheist and Agnostics too. I'm trying to find the source for that, I read it in a magazine. I think the chart shows that too.
