9 more caught.

Nine Taliban militants linked to al-Qaida were nabbed in three raids late Wednesday and early Thursday near the port city of Karachi, Pakistani intelligence officials said, speaking on condition of anonymity because they weren't supposed to release the information.

The Taliban recruit and train faster than we can capture them, so while this is all good news, in the grand scheme of things it doesn't mean much. You can't change a country that doesn't want to be changed.

The majority of people that live there do want to change I think. Maybe not to a western style culture, but I think most of them don't want to live under a taliban style draconian government. But the Taliban core is more fanatical, which gives them an advantage over the majority of the people.
