Broke his foot. But I still think him running a 4.3 will bring his stock up.

France did confirm that Thomas had run a 4.38 forty last week after weighing in at 227-pounds. France tolud us the run was filmed and every NFL team would receive a copy. More later this evening.

Here is a video. He's raw as hell, but is a monster athletically and more talented than both Benn and Golden Tate. A project, I'd only draft him in the second round, if he's there, if they'd already signed a receiver in free agency to start.

Didn't seem all that quick, and for a guy his size could've smashed some smaller guys a bit better. I like him overall though.

Wasn't Dwayne Jarrett considered raw too? I'd rather not draft another "raw" receiver and have him not play at all.

umm, he seems slower than 4.3, and he plays stiff as hell... I've never seen a WR with a back that rigid...

I think you can tell from some of his highlights he has speed.Put that with his size and some tell will love him

The prob is he is very raw..and playing in that offense he has a lot of single coverage and him running like 1 route..lol

I'm with SLJ (as usual) I think Thomas is over-rated as they get. I've seen him play for three years and I'm not impressed, at all. If we got him in the 6th or 7th I would be ok with it because he would be an interesting project. People thought the same thing about Carter though...

The last thing we need is another project. We need a STARTER. Someone beside Smitty on the field not sitting next to him on the bench.

I think everyone and their mom knows we need a starter. But if we sign, say, Kevin Walter in FA, then Thomas would be a good pickup as a third WR/deep threat. And yes, he has speed.

Again I see the speed and the size, but no quickness. Also, how does a guy that big now bowl anyone over?
