Born and raised a Buffalo Bills fan. I bled red, white and blue through four straight, gut-wrenching Super Bowl losses. I am so glad we got the Panthers and I bought those PSL's!

The Raiders - in the late 80's and early 90's (Jay Schroeder, Marcus Allen, Bo Jackson, Tim Brown, Greg Townsend, etc.)

I picked them as a kid because I liked their colors and their attitude .. once we got a team in the Carolinas, I kind of lost track of them.

The lions :( Thank God the panthers were born

lol.

They were a fun team to watch in the 90's - I was a big Barry Sanders fan. Herman Moore was a hell of a WR in his prime also.

Cowboys. My uncle gave me a tony dorsett jersey and helmet when I was 9. The day the franchise was awarded I knocked on my next door neighbors door and handed every piece of cowboy paraphernalia I owned. Waited for the franchise name to be announced. Was living in AZ so couldn't get anything Carolina related. Took leave and tried to watch a game at Clemson. Couldn't get a ticket :-(. At least was able to get a jersey. Was cheap it had #1 Fan 00. I love that thing. Wouldn't wear it in public though :)

Nobody. I watched the game for the sheer enjoyment of it.

At alternate times in my youth I liked the Rams, Steelers and 49ers but was never all that hardcore for any of them.

I was probably around 12 when I decided I'd rather just watch the games without worrying over who won, though even in that circumstance there were still heroes (good guys ike Joe Gibbs and Tom Landry) and villains (jerkwads like Al Davis and Jerry Jones) but ultimately it was just about the game.

Admittedly, sometimes I miss those days :(

(usually whenever the 'Cardiac Cats' thing rears its head)

You missed some damn good football

NFL films helps with that. Especially since NFL network was created. I wish they would show more old game footage.
