Animal House
Blazing Saddles (don't think they could even make that one nowadays)
The Jerk
Holy Grail (plenty of other Monty Python stuff....not for everybody but I love it)
Vacation movies (I like Christmas, others prefer European)
Caddyshack
South Park Bigger, Longer and Uncut (I laughed so hard I cried, multiple times)
Austin Powers movies (with a nod to So I Married an Axe Murderer, Myers' warm-up)

I kinda go with the stuff where I end up using the memorable quotes in casual conversation. I'm very annoying that way.

I'm surprised you were one of the first to mention Ghostbusters. Pretty much all of Murray/Ramis movies are the best. (Stripes, Ghostbusters, Caddyshack)

Best comedy duo behind Wilder/Prior

I like just about all of Jim Carey's and Adam Sandler's movies. Ace Ventura and The Mask are classics. As well as Happy Gilmore and Billy Madison.

I'd have to say Office Space. I can just relate to that movie completely. So many quotes too. Also dig Shaun of the Dead. Hangover has to be up there too.
