Most Valuable Player and Comeback Player of the Year....

....

....

Both obviously didn't deserve it.

Should change their names to...

"One" and "Done"

Comeback player of the year isn't expected to single-handedly carry his team to victory. You could make that argument for MVP maybe, but a CPotY that gets eliminated in the first round of the playoffs hasn't shown that he didn't deserve it.

really? 4 picks in one game in the playoffs didn't show that he didn't deserve it?

MVP and CPotY should have both been Panther awards.

Coach of the year winner and runner up both gone too.

It was a bad weekend in general for...

- Award Winners
- Home teams
- Teams with media hype
- Teams with 'feel good' stories

We qualify in two of those categories, so I hope those trends don't carry over

well we only fall in one of those category's :P and the 2 worst home teams won this week against vastly superior opponents. not that i wasn't rooting for both of them, but i had REALLY hoped for a vikings rematch at our house. Cards scare me 10 times more than the vikes would have.

Delhomme's return from Tommy John qualifies as a "feel good" story.

I wanted the Vikings and then the Falcons for the "revenge" factor, but objectively it was tough to imagine that scenario playing out.
