• This will be, in the end a Canadian-style single-payer health care system. If anyone thinks that's good, count the number of hospitals on this side of the border that cater to Canadians. Ask Canadian politician Danny Williams who came over here for surgery because they didn't have any specialists

• According to the New England Journal of Medicine, if this bill is passed nearly one third of physicians would quit practicing medicine

• This is about power and money. The unions along with government will control your health care along with government, enforced through the IRS

• You are going to pay for this without any benefits until 2014

Do you think that the government is actually going to take your money and put in a safe for two to four years and not touch it? That's the only reason why the bill doesn't cost more, because you don't get any benefits for four years — you're paying in, with nothing in return.

Just from reading this list I'm only against number 3. But I'm not firm in my stance. I honestly need a LOT more information on each of these.

Well, if a conservative scare group/lobby group formerly run by Jack Abramoff says so...

The doctors assessed the possible impact of several iterations of ObamaCare. For example, 72 percent felt their income would decrease under a health reform bill that included a public option, while 50 percent predicted a decrease in income under a health reform regime without a public option.

Is that really so bad?? I know several doctors. They each own no less then 4 homes. They are completely loaded. "Oh noes I wont be able to afford another house in Colorado if this legislation passes" :(

I'm playing devils advocated. Seeing how comfortable I am with the sharing the wealth philosophy.

It's the parents choice if they want to let their kids "mooch". Some call it mooching, some call it giving them a leg up and caring for their health.
Different perspectives.

That group is a political lobby group, not a national center of anything. Anyone that would listen to anything they say is pretty ignorant. They are not at all interested in what this bill will do, but very interested in making the president look bad.
