When Mike Mayock a true expert gives his opinion on Bradford and thinks he will be a good quarterback I have to agree.

The only risk Bradford carries is injury. Any other argument against him is dumb.

Like Brees, he is uncanny accurate.

what the scouts expect...he is almost god in shorts.but remember he got folded by a corner and didnt get up afterwards....that would scare me if i were the rams.

Yeah I watched that game and I immediately wrote Bradford off. Sure he might come good, but that was a huge red flag. If I was a GM I'd steer well clear of a QB who'd had two shoulder injuries.

Not to mention his freshman backup only looked slightly worse in that gimmick offence.

So getting tackled by a DB on a corner blitz with a full head of steam as you're throwing off balance and landing awkwardly on your shoulder = getting folded up by a corner and won't cut it in the NFL

Also, going from pre-season #2 and coming off a 12-2 season with an MNC birth to 8-5 when your team leader and #1 pick in the draft gets hurt = Bradford is pretty much the same player as Landry Jones

Makes total sense.

No wonder I go elsewhere for college football discussion.

point is still,he cant take a hit. those dline men are going to kill him,to much of a risk for the number 1.

i do agree he has talent, but he is a little to soft.

So by that reasoning, anyone who gets injured in football is soft.

Man, I am learning tons here.

Drew Brees.

Next silly statement...

orton was out of that same purdue system as well. not as accomplished as brees but has made the transition as a starter (And a lot less was expected from him than brees).

So the no pro-style offense experience means nothing?

Nope. Ryan Leaf was in a pro-style, and he flopped.

See? Doesn't work.
