I just got my X-Box Live subscription from Newegg.com I only paid a total of $38.99 for 13 months (thats shipping, tax, everything).

Def. a good deal. It sells for $50 in the stores and I am sure it is more expensive if you pay through the xbox.

Xbox has a pretty good deal going right now. Cant remember what its under. You should see it in there ads on the xbox. For 70 bucks you get a texting pad for your controller, a headset, project gotham racing 4(I think its 4) and a year of xbox live. Not bad for 70 bucks. When a year is 40 to 50 bucks.

I got the messenger pack from Buy.com. Called and canceled the one i got from xbox and then ordered that one. Free shipping said it takes 7-9 days but i got it in 3 days. Its a good deal. Chat pad is great too. So much faster texting.

Link says Free shipping. That's standard 3 day service from UPS. That and Newegg only has to charge tax to California, New Jersey and Tennessee. So the price you see is the price you get for most people.

Amazon had it up for 29.99 for a couple days ago. The 13 month card that is. 12 + 1 free. Keep an eye out at the site for cheapos like myself.
