The video shows it and this is from Lindy's Pro Football Draft Guide.

Blocking Physical Downfield Blocker. Seem to take pride in his ability to keep his assignment from making the tackle. Looks to escort teammates downfield if they break in the open.

This is probably the best WR for what we need. IMO we needed a big WR like LaFell instead of someone like Golden Tate. I am sure this pick has served noticed to Jarrett.

Pick up the slack or LaFell is gonna take ur spot.

Case in point.

How many of those throws are right on the money? Literally couldn't be more excited about the Clausen pick.

like both tate and clausen. idk, but tate gets off the line really well, he has the fight to get through the jam and run the route so clausen can hit tate right where tate needs to be. and clause also puts it right on the money too. what i saw was a lot of clausen having no pocket, people coming at him, or he was rolled out of pocket to make some throws on the move. its a highlight reel, but you gota like it for both guys.

i see the smitty people tak about, on the field he isnt going to be out faught at the line or in the air, and he is a yac machine with a lot of wiggle in space. balt got a great wr to pair with boldin.

the 5:25 swing pass made me so fugin happy. please davidson use this with clausen/moore and williams.

LaFell fits well into our scheme. Good pick, hopefully he can come in and catch some passes too.

LaFell is a younger Moose with more speed and upside. I am glad they drafted him. He is a great blocker which is key for a run first offense like Carolina. He is a big target and isn't afraid to go down the middle. If he can just take some heat off of Smitty and move the chains on 3rd down he will be a huge success this year. That isn't too much to ask.
