This guy has all the physical tools, but has a ton of growing up to do. A senior year would have done him well me thinks.

If he puts up the types of numbers he did his junior year at ND then for all I care he could have pooped in his hand, thrown his feces at gruden, then asked him to watch a marathon of Twilight movies and gotten matching tattoos of a nude, reclining Delhomme in a silk robe on their chests.

Comes across as the anti-The Golden Calf of Bristol(and anti-Delhomme) almost

Nothing out of the ordinary here. Of course he has growing up to do. Most early 20 somethings do. At least he is showing the willingness to take criticism and learn. He was being hammered by Gruden. Give him a break!

Lets look at this way. He doesn't have to start and if Moore crashes we have our QB of the future. You guys are pretty rough on a 21 yr old kid. He doesn't seem to be a dope smoking, gun toting, womanizing, troublemaker.

The interview seemed alright too me. I mean he did say the WR ran the wrong route but if that was the case it was truthful. Time will tell though and all his teammates seemed to like him.

When Gruden started to tell him where he was screwing up he picked up a pen and took notes.

He's still a kid, and he's going to do and say stupid things. All of them do, even Manning (who's NEVER thrown a teammate under the bus, right?). But if he can learn and grow, and if he turns into the gym rat and film geek he suggested he wants to be, then we got a steal.

Moore is going to play well in 2010, I believe that. And maybe in 2011 as well. I sure hope he does. And I hope Clausen develops at the same time. Getting great play out of the QB position along with possible picks for the other guy someday would be great for all of us.

I'm really excited by the possibility.
