With so many big name shows coming to a close, just thought I'd ask. What's the best series that has finished out?

For me, its the X-Files.

I absolutely loved 'Life on Mars' but the series as a whole wouldn't have been as good if they hadn't been able to do the series finale the way they did.

I loved the show "Jericho". A well written show with a unique premise. It ended after two seasons.

The Wire (probably the best cop show ever), and the Shield.

I would say X-Files but by the last season it NEEDED to end imo. The two shows above ended on a high note.

Dead like me, Arrested Development, and Deadwood. Deadwood was better than the Sopranos got to be. AD stomps the Office in hip humor. Dead like me would have made a nice counter point and leadin for DEXTER.
