and if they valued what they preach they would've found somewhere that allowed them.

Maybe they should've rented a privately owned convention center then? Charlotte has about 3.

They still charged for the people to get in. I can't think of what states allow concealed carry in a place that has charged admission, but I know NC ain't one of them.
