You know, you do a horrible job of getting people to accept your points, but you do an excellent job at making them and making them humorous.

That is unfair to compare them as freshman & sophomore, because we didn't have the same O-Line by the time we got Stewart. Not to mention Fox was using Foster more than Williams. It not until we got Stewart, that Williams was being used more than ever beside sharing with Stewart. Thus, your comparsion there is weak & mooted.

so none of stewart's records should stand because the previous record holders didn't play under the same conditions as him?

that makes a whole lot of nonsense.

that makes a whole lot of nonsense.

It's nonsense when you don't give Williams enough credit with bragging about Stewart being better than him over & over and sometime being rude to some of Williams's fans here.

I'm not dissing Stewart's records, but you're dissing Williams with saying Stewart was better with having better rookie season & so on when you forgot the O-Line was different & Fox didn't use Williams enough with being too loyal to a struggling Foster.

show me an example of when i've been rude to anyone. i'm sarcastic at times, yes...but i've never blasted anyone.

people don't like the color of my tongue because i don't drink the same kool-aid they do.

holding a record means you did better than everyone else...regardless of the nonstatistical factors.

by your logic, williams's records aren't legit since foster (former franchise rushing leader) couldn't stay healthy or davis (former single season best) was past his prime.

nonsense.

Wow, TJ, that's not very nice.

:-) Don't mean to quote John Fox but it is what it is B. Berry. I mean what kind of fool starts an idiotic thread referring to his favorite player as his daddy. I mean this 35 year old grown man actually said that his daddy was better than my daddy. What kind of grown man would say that. I'll tell you what kind of man would say something like that. A bitch would say that. Not just a bitch, but a weird bitch. Point is that I like the team, and I really love the way Stewart totes that damn ball. So, for me it isn't Stewart vs. Williams. That is Bitch28 thing, and he unfairly criticizes Deangelo Williams because he wants Stewart to be a star, and DeAngelo is in the way. He is a clown, and I call it like I see it. I'm just being real with his sorry ass. Nobody is trying to convince you of anything number28. Who the fug are u supposed to be. Deangelo Williams has the respect of his peers and coaches in this league. Who gives a fug that you,a 35 year old grown man who probably spend 20 hours a day on this website & who refers to a 23 year old kid as his daddy, don't respect him. You aint poo!!! Get a life.

No offense to the huddlers who be on this site 24/7..

I am looking forward to seeing this team bounce back from a dissappointing season last year and make some noise. I am looking forward to see whether Clausen is the real deal. I am looking forward to seeing this defense in Ron Meeks system for the second year and how they'll possibly improve without Peppers. I am looking forward to seeing Jonathan Stewart build on his season last year and play with to healthy tendons. I am looking forward to seeing this offense with new leadership at the helm. I am looking forward to seeing Thomas Davis bounce back from last season's injury. I started out as a fan of DeAngelo 5 years ago, and became a fan of the Panthers. Steve Smith & DeAngelo are my favorite players in the league. So I am looking forward to seeing what this team will do next season with that dead weight gone to Cleveland. I love Stewart just the same. Big difference between me and Bitch28. He is a fan of this team supposedly, but he openly roots for a player to fail. I have no respect for him or his kind. So B. Berry, it is what it is...

    • I was a Marine Brat at Camp Lejeune NC and graduated from CLHS in 1978 and on 28 June 1978 I joined the Navy.  I retired On June 30th 2003 after 25 yrs of Naval Service and have been serving overseas to support our troops ever since. I was in Tikrit when they captured Saddam.  Soldiers from our base were the ones who actually found him.  I have been in places in Iraq called Mosul, Al Asad, and Al Kut,  I have been in Bagram Airfield in Afghanistan.  The living hell hole called FOB Shank were incoming was a daily encounter. You see young soldiers who don't even shave yet.  Some look like they lied to get in.  Men and women from every walk of life.  Putting that uniform on.  So needless to say, I am very attached and proud of every one of them.  Whether they know me or not.  Tears fill my eyes every time we lose one. (Just lost one last week). This video, I saw when it was originally aired, still make me water up.   I challenge anybody to show me a more military dedicated team, in ANY LEAGUE, ANY SPORT, that supports the troops like the Carolina Panthers.  I'll give my hated Yankees a close 2nd. ($10,00 ticket with a military ID) **at old Yankee Stadium. Carolina is a class act, plain and simple. Thanks for posting this again,
