Chandler and Frenchy traded to Dallas?

Not a great deal, yet. It may set us up better for NEXT year but unless we pull off some more moves, but I think we will. We still have a need at C and PG positions. However, I'm pretty sure we can move Dampier for some pieces.

Everyone wants CP3 but I don't see a point, he'll leave here anyway first chance he can.

I wouldn't necessarily say CP wouldn't wanna stay in charlotte. He is buds with MJ and was seated next to Michael at one of our playoff games..right at the end of the bench.

Nah. If CP3 (would have to be CP something else since GW has #3) comes to Charlotte, he will stay in Charlotte. He is from W-S and then stayed home at WF. Furthermore, he wanted the Bobs to draft him.

Other than sucker punching Julius Hodge in the nuts (and who wouldn't want to sucker punch Hodge in the nuts), CP has been an outstanding person for as long as he has been in the public spotlight.

The Bobcats are confusing me like crazy. Hey if we can get the pieces we need by freeing up money/trading an apparently desirable contract then so be it.

That "great deal" was meant in a mocking way, mostly for the "cash considerations". How many pts did Cash score last night??

Also, I doubt CP3 drives to the Queen city, Hornets don't want to give him up. Plus he was just speaking over the weekend about going to New York with Melo forming their own super team.

For those saying that this is not a good trade

Dampier > Chandler (Dampier might be traded for an upgrade as well)

Eduardo Najera > Alexis Ajinca

Matt Carroll and Cash Considerations are just an added bonus.

Way better deal than Tyson Chandler and Boris Diaw for Calderon and Evans.

This is why Jordan called off the Toronto trade.

He has bigger fish to fry.

Henderson plays over Carroll (hate to say it as I am a huge Carroll fan)

    • Was the reason I originally started watching the NFL and the Panthers and got me as obsessed as I am today.  Will forever be my favorite player. Wasn't always a role model but he's grown up a lot. He's a great father, family man, and I'd put his heart and will up against anyone's.
    • I know the ACA only tenders subsidies up to 400% above the poverty level.  If you are on the border line you might want to consider,  am I doing better by working more hours or not ?
    • I'm glad peppers is back, but I really feel like we are going to be doing something special this year and i want smitty to be a part of it. he needs to at least finish his career here, but i think he's got a toughness and a fire that we need to get back. no more mr. nice guy. we tried that. this team, for whatever, isn't liked around the league, esp. among fans and the media and there's no amount of good things we can do to change that perception. we need to own it and be the next team that everyone hates, but can't deny the power of. We have the potential to be the next dynasty. I'm not sold that rivera is the one to lead that unless he goes 100% back to being riverboat and never regresses (which i am not counting on). I don't want us to cheat, but I do want us to be that team that will punch you in the face if you dare get in our way and then dance over you when we've gotten to our goal.   btw, the change in celebration rules kind of sets the stage nicely for a smitty return. he can show these young ones how it's done.
