Ugh, at this rate, UNC will be lucky to field a team this year. It only takes a few dumbasses to ruin everything. Although, we still don't know any facts about this stuff yet. I'm sure every NC State fan who posts on message boards is running their own investigation as I type this though. And they all have "inside sources".

It sucks for UNC. If Butch would have built his program through legit means I would actullay respect them (thats tough to say) but he obviously didn't and you guys are going to pay the price.

You're reaching a little there. So far, there is not one shred of evidence that proves that Butch Davis or John Blake have actually done anything wrong. Hell, he had 5 other tutors who worked with his kid, so it really doesn't make him guilty if one of them helped a player cheat. And we don't even know if that actually happened yet.

Random sticky thread... My prediction for the Gators has actually been pretty close thus far even with the scores to the games. Aside from the 'Bama game of course.

USC Trojans

>@Hawaii: W-55-24
>UVA: W-49-17
>@Minn: W-37-14
>@WSU: W-45-10
>Wash.: W-21-17
>Stanford: W-38-14 (the wheels fall off the offense without TG)
>Cal: W-24-14
>Oregon: W-45-17 (In L.A., remember Oregon game in 2008, look for a repeat performance from that game, also Darren Thomas is NOT Jeramiah Masoli)
>ASU: W-31-17
>@Arizona: W-24-10
>@OSU: L-17-24 (offense starts slow in Corvalis again and we lose a fourth straight heartbreaker in the state of Oregon)
>ND: W-35-14 (Brian Kelly will turn the Irish around but not in year 1)
>@fUCLA W-38-7 (It’s fUCLA, need I say more…)

I imagine some people on this board will laugh at this prediction...

I think even the experts thought USC's defense would come together much better under Kiffin...it just hasn't happened...

Yeah but I think you're the only person on Earth who thought they'd go 13-1 and with so many blowouts to boot.

To be fair, though, I don't think many people saw Oregon actually getting better after Masoli's departure.

Too be fair, USC has way more talent then any team on their schedule outside of Oregon. It's not far fetched to look at their depth chart at the beginning of the season and expect a great team. Especially with the coaching staff they have, I was wrong though as many of us have been about many things in our lives....

I was way off on Thomas, I never expected him to be Dennis Dixon v. II for the Zeros. If he doesn't miss games Oregon is about as close to a lock to run the table as you can get. That offense is just nasty and they've been doing it on defense as well....

No one will argue about their offense, but their defense has been allowing more points against better competition. I guess you can give up 30 if you score 60.
