Bears let go of a former Panther in LB/ST Tim Shaw.

Wonder if he gets a look. Might be better than the ST linebackers we have now.

(would want to look up how he's done in this preseason, of course, and if he's healthy)

Damn how many former panthers did the Bears have. Might as well call them the Chicarolina Panthers.

Fook the Bears. We have 1 Bear fan at work and even they know it's a lost cause. Cutler and Delhomme may battle it out for the interception record again this year.

Not necessarily. Shaw could possibly be enough of a special teamer that you could replace Jordan Senn (ankle).

As a side note, I like what I've seen from Nic Harris thus far. Needs to put on some weight, but he's around the ball.

Wouldn't mind the Panthers resigning him to a 1-yr deal. His experience would be invaluable on the DL and he would do well rotating with the younger DTs we have IMO.
