Have you come to this conclusion after conferring with the Jedi Counsel?

Nah I couldn't ask them... Yoda would have said "Uncertain is the future" and then I would have had to knock his gimer stick out from underneath him for being doubtful of me....

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to see Pep in a Bears uni, but I doubt that's going to happen either. Haven't the Panthers already made an offer to him that would have made him the highest paid defensive player in the league?

If that didn't seal the deal, then I don't see how your assertions are anything but wishful thinking

Theory is that this contract offer plus a new DC keeps him in the fold.

Valid? Don't know.

Possible? Very.

Pep will sign for even less than the original deal once it is shown that changes will be made to the Defense, most notably, Mike Trgovac.

I could see someone such as Edwards being brought in, but don't be surprised to see Sal Sunseri promoted either... You heard it here first!
