[b]Randy Fasani - October 27th, 2002

Possibly the ugliest game in the history of organized sport, this game matched two unstoppable defenses (Tampa Bay) against two very bad offenses. A civilized society would have stopped this travesty at halftime. In his big league debut against one of the greatest defenses in NFL history, Randy Fasani went a mind boggling 5/18 for 46 yards and three interceptions. I vividly remember him trying to outrun Derrick Brooks to the sidelines and getting obliterated in the process, then standing up defiantly and celebrating that they very nearly completed a first down. I went to this game and didn't sleep for weeks.

is now a cop. has the honor of retiring with the lowest career QB Rating in NFL history.

I remember watching that game. God that was awful. I remember the annoucers saying in the 4th quarter when we were either tied or down by 3, i don't remember, on a third down from like midfield that we had to throw the ball now. We ran a qb draw :(. I think the final score was like 9 - 6 or something like that. I don't know if it was 2 great defenses or 2 awful offenses. Maybe a bit of both. I would say that you for bringing back thoes memories but, thoes memories kind of sucked.

Clausen is gonna be the man. I have to believe. I can't wait to watch him develop this year.

We suck and we know it.

When you say "develop", you mean........

Panthers 10 Falcons 3

Chris Wienke 4 for 7 for 32 yds. 1 TD

Although I thoroughly enjoyed that game tbh. It was like a slow strangulation in the GA Dome. Near the end I have never seen a fan base look so dejected. Um.. except us after the AZ playoff game.

I got to hang out with Mike a couple of different times because he's a friend of a friend. One night we all went out to Fox & Hound downtown and there was some guy who was going around to different tables doing magic tricks and whatnot. He wanted to do a trick where he would make an object disappear and he made the mistake of asking Mike to let him borrow his ring for the trick. The ring of course, was his Superbowl ring from playing with the New York Giants in 91' (which the guy didn't know). Fox said "No" and the guy persisted and said "Come on, it's just for fun for a couple of minutes". This went back and forth for a few minutes when finally Mike had enough and said "The only way you're getting this ring is if you pry it off my dead f**king fingers". Needless to say, the magic "act" immediately walked to another table.

yeah, it is going to be tough. as much as i would love a win...i'm not at all expecting it.

i just want to see how this team does and watch them grow...mistakes and all. i'm in it for the long haul.

Well its def gonna be long. I doubt we win till the Rams. Beating the Bengals and the Saints at the super dome is just not in the cards.

It shouldn't be hard at all to make your top 3 very soon. And that's sad......
