I'm pretty sure we are all in agreement that this season is a sham and John Fox's days are coming to an end...

I wouldn't be opposed to any of them.

Voted for Gruden and Cowher, though.

More than anything, I want a guy with a little more of a personality. I'm not saying we need Rex Ryan because I think Ryan is a clown, but somebody who shows a little excitement when things are good and isn't afraid to say when things aren't good.
