My agent has worked on that behind the scenes,” Jarrett said. “We had a couple of talks about a couple of things. Of course, they don’t want to let me go or anything like that because they feel like I can help out the team. I guess it’s a matter of me getting that opportunity to help out the team.”

He does deserve to go to a team where he'll have a chance to play.
Not his fault Fox hates him.

I can never understand why he has shown so much patience with this franchise in they way they have handled him. If the Panthers believe in him, then they need to f'n play him. If not let him go somewhere else. Don't see what the issue is? Why keep him in purgatory which hurts him as well as the team.

Man we are fuging this kid foreal. Why keep him around for emergency use if someone gets hurt damn that's grimey but if your under contract and getting paid you do as told Fox isn't his freind he doesn't have to trade the guy to satisfy him.

why are we pretending he doesn't suck? a refrigerator could earn a higher place on the depth chart than dwayne jarret.

My guess is the team wanted more than anyone was willing to give.

That's the most common reason trades don't happen, anyway.

You can also replace Jarrett's name with Smiths in the title of the thread as well.

anything as opposed to nothing?

Pretty much.

I still think the only reason he's still on roster is they're hoping someone loses a guy and has a desperate enough need to give up something for him.
