We would have to change our offense around to something that could possibly work with the talent we have... but we have nothing to lose so...

Edwards would be a better option than Pike. Pike is a long work in progress......the offense we run is greek to him. Edwards also came from a completely different style but his strengths and legs would allow him to survive more easily.

Pike missed a lot of training camp finishing up school, so he really don't have our 4 plays down yet. But since one of them is Baker punting the learning curve shouldn't be too bad!

I think he could get the handoff to Williaims on 1st and 2nd downs.....but throwing the ball up in the air and see if smitty can get to it befor the the other 5 guys guarding him can......im not sure if he can quite figure that out.....

I'd like to see Moore back in there. I think if he can get a good game under his belt, h might bounce back. Edwards ought to be used a lot more out of the Wildcat, and some passing needs to be done out of that. Moore is being thrown under the bus (and that might happen to Claussen as well) because of the dumb@$$ decisions of our FO. Throw in the fact that Fox is clueless when it comes to developing offensive players and you have the present mess we're in now.
