I'm disappointed to think about how many plays he took off over the years and what he could have been here.

I'm mad. But to be honest I can't blame a player for thinking he might be better somewhere else.

I'm not mad... I'll hate to see him go, but such is life. That's a good article, I like Gantt... a little harsh maybe, but the truth hurts sometimes. Peppers will become persona non grata here for at least a while.

I'm not mad at Pep. I'm just disappointed that he isn't happy here, on our team, anymore. I can understand if he doesn't like the system, a lot of us have problems with it too. Can you blame a guy for wanting to make the most out of his one time career in the NFL? I'm sure he'd like to stay here if the pieces were place that he's looking for, but they're not. Just think of how brilliant Smitty could be on an dominate pass team, and count our stars on how lucky we are to still have him.

I ain’t mad at him. I wish him the best wherever he goes. We should be thankful he’s handled this situation as well as he has, unlike so many other negotiations in years past (Favre, Ocho Cinco, etc.).

I am not mad at peppers but i do think this day in the football world if a player isnt getting paid he will do his least, it just sucks that you have to pay a player so much money to peak to his potential... Its kind of stupid... you should be happy and thankful you have a great oppurtunity to play in the nfl... i think to may players are taking it for granted these day... getting paid millions to do so little sometimes... there are so many out there that would kill to have their job and lifestyle for half the pay...

"If anybody thinks they can't play good defense without Peppers, all you have to do is show tape of 2007."...from the article.

Gantt is an idiot. 2007 is the second worst year we've had, defensively, since Turdo has taken over the defense..

Which one of you told him about my Peppers voodoo doll and the hex ritual?

I am mad. He is basically saying the we suck as an organisation and he wants to go elsewhere to release his full potential !! I will throw away all my Peppers stuff. The guy just wants big money. He obviously turned down a solid contract suggestion last year from us.

It is a typical me, me, me and myself thing.

Let's hope we get something good for him.

I'm disappointed but not mad. It's too soon to tell but this could make our team better. We'll have to wait and see.
