Please think good thoughts for me!

My agent is putting in an offer on the home that I have been trying to buy for the last several months. (I now have credit cards so I now have a credit scores!) The offer is lower than what the Seller is asking, but the home has been on the market for almost a year and a half!

I'm sure that I will get a counter offer. I so want more room than my tiny apartment!

A prayer or two might not be a bad thing!

(I'd build a Novena if I had the lumber! LOL)

I DID GIVE HIM $2,500! (But, I don't think that violates the NCAA. It was for a down payment!)

It will have an extra bedroom with a Full Bath! Plus Living Room will have a 65" DLP Hi Def 3D TV! Just need to add Surround Sound! Pretty sweet, huh?

I was thinking a non-smoking female Grad Student from UNCC.

If the house has been on the market for a year and a half, you have a pretty good chance to get it if your offer is within 20% or so. Good luck!
