Change play calls at the LOS... pretty much every play....

look for and throw it to the open man regardless of what the man fox, davidson, or smith is telling you to do. forget the big play and just move the ball down the field.

if you can't move down the ball down the field on any play, get rid of it.

Stop forcing the ball into double and triple coverage, most especially in the red zone.

I would tell him to him to just go for it and sling it deep. Yeah, there may a couple of picks but we will move the ball in the process and maybe get a touchdown or two. I mean, we are playing Alex Smith - he will give us the ball back anyway.
