I assume you mean Ali would have crushed a hack like Tyson. He would have toyed with Mike, snapping his head back with a jab as he tried to come in.

No way in hell. Tyson in his prime was unstoppable. Ali was the greatest ring showman ever, but I wouldn't even put him in the top five of boxers all time. And I love the guy.

No way in hell. Tyson in his prime was unstoppable. Ali was the greatest ring showman ever, but I wouldn't even put him in the top five of boxers all time. And I love the guy.

If Ali could take a Frazier hook, Tyson wouldn't be an issue. Tyson went through tomato can after tomato can. Didn't see him beating too many quality fighters. Evander Holyfield? Please.

Ali took boxing to another level with his showmanship. Kind of like Richard Petty made NASCAR what it is. Doesn't mean Petty is the best driver ever.

Mike Tyson, in his first five years, was an unstoppable, immovable force. Fame changed him. Fame made Ali bigger than life. It destroyed Mike Tyson.

I still think Ali is the greatest African American ever because he put a face on African Americans for the whole world to see...a face they loved and respected.
