Slingblade is now streaming. If you haven't seen it, you've been living under a rock. If you have, it's a classic to re-watch.

I like the way you talk mmm hmmm.

Fathead is a pretty good documentary on Netflix. Pretty much tries to debunk Spurlock's arguments in "Super-Size Me".

Yeah that doc was riddled with logical fallacies that made my head numb. It was released at the peak of all of the low carb craze so it was well received by everyone despite being complete garbage.

One documentary I've been keeping tabs on for netflix to put on the stream was Transcendent Man

If you're in the mood to laugh...

Leaves of Grass
Starring: Ed Norton, Ed Norton, Susan Sarandon and Richard Dreyfuss
Written/Directed/Costarring: Tim Blake Nelson

Aziz Ansari: Intimate Moments for a Sensual Evening
Probably the best stand-up special I have seen in a long time.

Both Streaming

EDIT: Apparently "Intimate Moments" is no longer streaming, but it is definitely worth sending off for.

If you're more into cerebral, mindbending movies check out Primer it's not streaming but this indie is well worth waiting for the mail to arrive.

Yeah its more of a dark comedy though. Edward Norton was great in it.

They just got White Lightinin in. Its not streaming so you have to have them send the DVD. For the fans of the Wild and Wonderful Whites this is a movie that was made based on Jescos life. It was awesome. Nothing like the documentaries. Very Very dark. Could be classified as a horor movie. Must see.
