Until proven wrong, I'm all for it.

Indefinite detention seems harsh to me. Give the terrorists their day in court.

I think it's kinda funny that you believe this is restoring our moral high ground, while Obama plans to sign The Freedom of Choice Act if it gets passed. It's not ok to kill/torture terrorists that are trying to spread chaos and fear across the nation, but it's perfectly ok to it to babies. America doesn't have a moral high ground anymore. And it's not going to come back.
