Did u happen to see who was returning kicks since goodson is starting? I'm guessing Pugh, but I would love to see Thomas or Edwards back there, what is there to lose?

if edwards is designated as the 3rd qb for the game he can't return kicks until the 4th quarter unless he is also going in at qb.

CatMan practice threads are like finding the toy at the bottom of the cereal box. Even if what's inside ends up being disappointing, you're still psyched you got it.

Didn't see anyone working on returns besides AE and Trent Guy.

Maybe AE will be active and will not be listed as the 3rd QB

MUST RESIST TEMPTATION TO MAKE A POST ABOUT JIMMY NOT GETTING TO PLAY GARBAGE GAMES TO AT LEAST SHOW WHAT HE HAS IN A PROLONGED PERIOD dammit. did it anyways. meh.. not like the playcalling would help him any anyways, before he even started his first game they said Payton Manning couldn't score points with this offence.

Not sure, it was the most frustrating thing - I'm watching from the side 3 practice fields away and I just couldn't see who was lined up on the strong-side.

Depth chart still has Anderson on the strong side. Nic Harris and Jason Williams on the weak side.

I could see switching Anderson to the weak side though. It's a prime spot in Meeks' scheme.

I wouldn't mind Guy playing on offense, he looked great in the pre-season

With Anderson's speed and athleticism I've always thought he was better suited as a WLB in this system anyways.

Jason Williams is 6'1" 244, so from a purely physical standpoint he seems better suited to play SLB. He has a 12 lb. weight advantage on Harris and a 9 lb. weight advantage on Anderson. Size alone doesn't make him the best man for the job, but it's a factor.

So Sutton is out? How to the new backup RB's look, in particular, Vaughn?
