Just curious to see what you guys would like if given your personal preference.

Dont just think about a short term fix, think about the kind of offense and defense you'd like to be a staple of our franchise.(reason i say this i'm not wanting people to say keep the current philosphy going cuz our current core players are not guranteed to fit the personal preference of our next coach)

Offense:

one that scores points

Defense:

one that does not let the other teams offense score points.

Well, if Clausen's the future here, West Coast would be optimal.

Defense, well, yeah, what Saltman said.

I would like a good offensive line, a 1000 yd rusher and a qb in the probowl. Also would be nice to have a wide receiver with lots of yards.

The scheme doesn't matter as much as execution.
