team with the worst record that season gets the #1 pick (unless they trade it away).Say we finish with only one win. If we are the only one win team by the time the season is over (and the closest another team is to our record is, say, 3 wins), are we automatically given the #1 pick in the draft? Or is there some sort of consideration of team histories or/and other factors that might interfere with this decision?
