This is why trading up for Armanti Edwards was stupid..(ps SCP went to Eastern Car.)

He was a system quarterback. Congrats DeAndre, maybe Hurney will convert you to a kicker to replace Kasay.

Quarterback DeAndre Presley of Appalachian State made it 2 for 2 yesterday, when he was named the Southern Conference offensive player of the year by league media representatives. He won the same award Tuesday in voting by SoCon coaches.

Presley, a senior from Tampa, Fla., has led ASU to a 9-2 record and a sixth straight SoCon title. He finished the regular season with 2,223 yards and 18 touchdowns passing and 753 yards and 11 touchdowns rushing.

Everybody is a great QB at App State.

Discuss.

Are there people still arguing it was a good draft pick??

Maybe, but I wouldn't know what he can be in the pros since he hasn't played any. Can't make a decision if it was worth it or not until I see him play.

PS: we didn't draft him to play QB

Inbred ASU homers sure are.

Edit: Edited the comment because of over sensitivity.

That's why I said we should draft DeAndre to play kicker. Because obviously he is the greatest athlete since Armanti Edwards.

There's still time to sign Richie Williams and Trey Elder. Super dudes.

not saying he will never be good but a project conversion wr is not a 2nd round pick, 4th or 5th would have been ok. Dude has speed, hes just got build chemistry and confidence with the offense and understanding gaps in coverage

Thank the lord someone is speaking sense! He was going to be there in the 7th round if we wanted him, which any rational person would NOT want. Any fast, elusive player can be an elite QB at the HS and D1AA level.
