I've tossed a few players and parents while umpiring. always fun.

The best I got was a T during a basketball game in high school, for kicking the poo out of a chair near our bench to protest some sketchy officiating.
I got tossed for the same thing back in '72.
I've always been pretty damn tall and I began my Little League career as a pitcher/1st baseman. Aside from my height, opposing batter were afraid of me because of my sweeping sidearm delivery and I could throw pretty hard. I had a coach who taught the hows, whens and whys of plunking an opposing batter and we had a signal for when to scare the crap outta someone and when to drill someone. I was 11 and dotting kids in the batter's box! But I never got tossed for hitting a kid.
I did get thrown out while playing first base when I had to jump for a high throw, came down and got my foot on the bag and the runner stepped on my foot crossing the bag. Ump called the dude safe and I began arguing the call, complete with runner's footprint on top of my cleats to prove my foot was there before he was. The arguing didn't get me thrown out, but as play resumed I wasn't looking at the ump and I simply kept saying, "You missed the call" over and over. Nobody could really hear me except him and he tossed me and it looked as though for no reason. I really played it up, throwing my hands up like, "What for?" Coaches screaming at the ump on the field, big argument... ugly. Years later when I was in my 20's I saw my old coach and told him I baited the ump into tossing me and starting the whole thing.

I was in the Pep band for basketball games in college (ETSU). After a bad call by the officials we played "Three Blind Mice." Some guy in a striped shirt got really mad and threatened to throw us out if we did it again. Got the home fans fired up for us.

Our team had been complaining the whole game that the first basemen was standing on the bag. I got up to bat and hit a grounder to short. I sprinted towards the bag and he was standing on it. The short stop threw the ball, I was out by 3 feet, and I continued to run through the first basemen and the bag.
I was tossed soon after the first basemen rolled into the grass.
