Powe did not have a good season. He should have returned for another year.

I think being 24 next season played into his decision.

He expected to have a real good season and go pro. Almost like Snead he didn't, but still decided to turn pro. He should put 20 pounds back on.

on ESPN college football rumors, it says that Jonathan Baldwin said in a text "Heck yeah I'm leaving" but on Baldwin's twitter, he replied to someone saying he didnt declare, that its all a lie.

ESPN is reporting that Southern California juniors DT Jurrell Casey and OT Tyron Smith will be entering the 2011 draft.

Old news, they declared last Tuesday at Heritage Hall....

Casey would be a good pickup in the third. Other declarations of note are:

Brandon Burton, CB, Utah

Torrey Smith, WR, Maryland

Brandon Harris, CB, Miami

Aaron Williams, CB, Texas

Blaine Gabbert, QB, Missouri

Also, I know that we don't have the 33rd pick, but we will get a supplemental third rounder so we may have wiggle room to trade up into the second round.

Aldon Smith, Ryan Williams, and Justin Blackmon leaving early would make this draft much better.

Powe did not have a good season. He should have returned for another year.

Powe just wants to leave school. My older brother was on the staff at Ole Miss the year he originally was supposed to sign in 2005. The guy had to try so hard and for so long just to even get in to school and hes tired of it. If everything had originally worked out he would have ran out of eligibility the season before last.
