Didn't he take over a already-SuperBowl team? I mean, I'm not trying to put shadows on his success, but let's not crown him already. Let's see how he's doing 4-5 years from now.

I see your point. But that already-SuperBowl team went 8-8 the year before Mike got there. They went 10-6 his first year and made the playoffs, 12-4 this year and win the Super Bowl. He's also got 2 division titles under his belt already. His resume already has him as one of the league's best head coaches.

OH he's good, I'd take him over Fox lol. I want to see some more years though. Although the Steelers FO don't hire slouches.

The 8-8 season was mostly due to Roethlisberger having that Motorcycle crash and missing most of the season. they probably would've won 10-12 games easily had he been healthy and not 30 lbs lighter.
