Steve Smith has figured out how to get one on one with a safety as good as any wr in the league. Look at his success against the Bucs in past years and include the games vs Chicago back in 05. I was in the corner end zone of his TD catch last night and that inside/out corner route left the safety on the inside for him to make that beautiful catch.

Is it safe yet to start mentioning Smith as a possible MVP candidate?

The thing is that no two games are the same with Bucs/Panthers.

This is true. Next time they meet Tampa may break some sort of passing record. Strange things happen when these two teams play each other.

Too bad the Panthers won't see a Monte Kiffin defense ever again...unless they see them in the playoffs this year.

Yea I cant wait to see him try to stop that Florida juggernaut next year. I dont see the Tampa defense change too much next year.
