He has completed 7 passes to the middle of the field. All check downs. 3.19YPA.

It's really difficult at this point to differentiate between bad play and bad coaching. Until we get a decent coach in there, we'll never know what we have out of our QB. The WRs, however, have started to show their stuff.
with signicantly fewer attempts.
Moore completed 10 for 165 yards and 2 TDs.
A QB rating of 130 when throwing to that area.
That is Steve Smith area based on what Davidson is calling on offense and where he has Smitty lining up so often.
You can't neglect that area to the absurd degree Clasuen is......even as a rookie. I just find that ridculous. Especially when that is the area they keep putting the best playmaker at WR.

Does anyone else find it cute that CRA feels the need to point out every single day that Clausen sucks? I think 99% of this forum knows that, yet he keeps at it...day after day after day. It's a sickness I tell you. And now he goes back to Moore talk. Good god, man. Let it go.

I think it has a lot to do with Clausen not wanting to take risks/make mistakes/throw interceptions. It looks like he prefers the safer throws.

Which is why we wanted him. The Fox philosophy hasn't changed. Some(most) fans don't care for the lack of associated glamor.
