I would love to be a fly on the wall in one of those interviews. I mean, the guy no he has no shot at the job..and the GM/Owner knows he isn't going to hire him so...I wonder what they talk about..

If JR has really narrowed his list down to one or two candidates, he may interview Meeks. I don't see Meeks as having a real shot at HC, so that will be interesting if he interviews him.

No it doesn't. It fulfills the requirement. The requirement is just politically correct bullshit. It's dumb. I guarantee you no minority candidate has ever gotten a job due to it. Either you're a candidate or you're not. You don't get an interview simply because you fulfill the requirement and then end up with the job. Qualified candidates franchises would be interested in would be interviewed Rooney Rule or no Rooney Rule.
