Stafford is a successful NFL QB?

Holy f*ck

For playing behind such a poo line he is. The Lions have a worse OL then we did this year. You have to take the Lions in prospective.

wasn't really trying to argue. the conference thing makes no difference to me. good QBs have come from the majority of them, and so have bad ones.

No doubt. They come from everywhere. I saw a write up one time that said something like 25-30% of the QBs at one time were from the PAC10 (recently) and I thought that was nuts. I'm a Pac10 guy and think they don't get enough love because ESPN is asleep when they play but oh well.

He might have potential but he's hurt far too often to be considered "successful" yet. That's just crazy. I think the Lions are the best team in the North when Stafford is healthy so you don't have to sell me anything about them but to call him successful right now is premature.
