I hated Denver before this, so I couldn't have wished a better place for him to land.

Welcome to years of mediocrity Denver. Club Fox, the Mile High version, is opening it's doors.

I wish him the best, except when they play us.

What's the point in being bitter anyway?

We have the softest, most emotional butt-hurt fan base in the NFL. And we hate dirty players, thats why we didnt have a team from the 60's thru the 80's.

Wow, Rick Dennison of the Texans must have told Elway he didn't like his clothes. All reports had him as the first choice. I suppose someone like Skipper will join him in the mile high club.

I know it wasn't all Fox's fault. But can you imagine if Hurney had hired a guy who just finished 2-14 to be our new coach.

he took the only job offered to him. wasn't on much of anyone's list of coaching candidates.

broncos more interested in a "players coach" rather than the prick mcdaniels who couldn't help but get in pissing matches with players. maturity level had a lot to do with it as well. he is kind of the anti-mckid.

I guess 3 winning seasons in 9 was attractive to them?

My how they have fallen....

Wow...
I couldn't have been more wrong when I said he wouldn't get an HC gig.

Oh well guess thats why I'm not an NFL GM

Good Luck Coach Fox.

Yeah I'm sure this was the only gig available to him since San Diego kept Norv Turner around inexplicably. I just found it funny that The Golden Calf of Bristol's going to be their quarterback when I made a thread before last year's draft predicting Fox would want The Golden Calf of Bristol because there are so many similarities between him and Jake Delhomme.
