Cardinals didn't get Butler, but instead got Steeler DB Coach Ray Horton.

New coaching staff will hit the ground running. It will take at least 1/2 of 2011 for us to see what kind of team they run. Coming aboard a 2-14 squad means there is almost nowhere to go but UP. Being competitive in games, having the squad fight hard for 60 minutes, and not giving up will be signs that all is well with new staff. These aren't miracle workers--each has fought his own path through the NFL and other ranks to be a top coaching prospect. Can they all work together? Will players respect them...2011 will be a better adventure than 2010.
