Joe Person

Panthers president Danny Morrison told The Observer this month that Panthers would not be raising ticket prices, as they did last season.

I think JR mentioned that in his call that he had with Tommy Tomlinson the day after his press conference.

Hell maybe we should take a page out of the Bucs fans' playbook and boycott the season. Pat Y. just posted that Tampa Bay is cutting season ticket prices %20, dropping single game tix prices and introducing half off kids tickets. Say what you will about Bucs ownership, but at least they know that you have to take care of the fans first.

Heck end of season was so bad, they needed to pay people to come to games.

Tampa is doing it because they can't sell tickets and fill the stadium. They are doing it because they have to, not because they want to or care about the fans. Atlanta did the same thing post Vick.
JR doesn't have to since 90% of the tickets are PSLs whose owners have to buy season tickets or lose the PSLs. So he knows that he will have sellouts no matter what.

I'm interested to see where teams rank in raising ticket prices and how much.. would be intriguing to see but I can't seem to find anything on that..

Correct me if I'm wrong. But if Jerry and the owners get their way and they get a bigger chunk of the pie Jerry drew during his press conference, shouldn't ticket prices be going down?

Oh well, who cares. I bought PSLs for the first time last season, so my prices never went up. They were what they were.
