With 5 minutes left. This is why I was hesitant to put Wake in as a national contender. Wow are they getting absolutely demolished. Miami's not a bad team, but they really shouldn't be beating Wake at all, let alone by 20 points. Inexperience will bite them in the tourney.

Seems as though Wake has a hard time getting up for unranked teams.

That's putting it mildly. I could understand a loss here and there, but not getting blown out like this. I'm a little shocked, because Wake is much better than they are showing...they just lost their composure. Which is understandable for such a young team, I suppose.

21 point difference from the three point line. Our three point shooting is our fatal flaw. If we can't get enough transistion points and points in the paint to compensate, then we are hurting. And hurting we are.

Also, Teague is really struggling since Ish Smith became healthy and started playing more. He hasn't adjusted to going back to the offguard well.

Hopefully, we get all these issues worked out before tournament time.

How does a team beat dook and UNC and lose to Miami by 27 points?!? The ACC is crazy this year.

Now on the thread topic, I was at work and didn't get to watch the game but when I got home, I saw that miami won by 27. Did miami look that good or did wake look that bad?

Miami looked really good. Wake just lost their composure, they were resorting to a lot of one on one plays and just weren't hitting anything.
