2 QBs, both redheads, played against each other in the Texas 5A DII Championship, and imo have potentially long careers ahead of them:

Greg McElroy & Andy Dalton

Now its rare there are multiple good QBs to come in the later rounds but I feel this year there is a handful of spread-o QBs stacked near the front who may not amount to much. That's why I think a QB in the later rounds is gonna surprise everyone once he actually gets his chance in the league a la Brady/Cassel/Schaub/Garrard/etc.

These two have the ability to and just need to be coached up to the next level. The talent is there and when I watch them, I don't see why they can't succeed. Dalton played great against a damn great Wisconsin defense & McElroy:



They say he doesn't have a huge arm, but he can whip that thing down field quite well

edit: Even coming from a spread system, Dalton looks ahead of the rest imo

McElroy is also a Rhodes scholar finalist. He'd damn smart.
