I don't know if it's because of the president...but when his press secretary is constantly putting his foot in his mouth over the "official" position, it's looking like a completely inept group.

Gibbs is suggesting there be an "orderly transition". Transition from what...removing Mubarak? Does he know your position? Then when called on it he starts backtracking. I just think these people do not know how to deal with situations like this. Hell...they let the Lockerbie bomber out...and he's still alive and kicking.
